摘要
职业学校的班主任工作一直是个难题。随着九零后学生进入职教中学,其思维的困惑、张扬的个性,又给职教学校的班主任工作带来了新的课题和挑战。为此,本人结合近几年班主任工作的实践,就职校生的个性特点、管理对策以及提升职教学校的班主任工作质量展开探讨。
The work of the vocational school teacher has been a challenge.With ninety students into vocational education after secondary school,and its confused thinking,assertive personality,vocational school teacher gave the work to bring new issues and challenges.Therefore,the author work with the practice in recent years the class teacher to vocational school students personality characteristics,management strategies and to enhance the quality of vocational schools to make a class work Chuqian Taiwan.
