摘要
本文建立了以高职院校导师为评价对象,以学生为评价主体的导师工作评价体系,采用层次分析法建立数学模型,通过确定各指标权重来科学客观地评价学分制下高职院校导师工作。
This paper has established a target for the evaluation of vocational college tutor,student mentor for the evaluation of the main job evaluation system using AHP mathematical model,by determining the weight of each index to scientific and objective evaluation of the credit system of higher vocational school school mentors work.
