高职校师资引进工作的思考

Thinking on Teachers Importation Work in Higher Vocational College

本文通过对当前高职校师资引进工作的背景与现状的分析,在建立和完善师资引进机制方面提出了一些探索性对策。

Based on the current work of senior vocational and technical colleges＇ qualified teachers importation,this paper analyse its background,current situation;therefore,put forward the exploratory measures on establishment and improvement about mechanism of bringing in talented teachers.
