人本管理视角下高校学生管理工作的创新研究

On the Innovation of the of University Students Management Under People-oriented Management Vision

当前很多高校的学生管理工作存在不和谐之处,究其原因主要是人本管理在学生管理中没有真正地体现或者人本管理在学生管理中缺乏创新。本文以人本管理的内涵为切入点,介绍了目前高校学生管理的现状,在人本管理的视角下研究如何在高校做好学生管理工作。

There are abundant discords in the current management of college students,the main reason is that human management is not realized in it or the human management is lack of innovation.This paper＇s content makes the human management as the starting point of the management,introducing the current status of management of college students.What＇s more,in the perspective of human management,how to be well done on the management of students in universities.
