摘要
本文通过对中职学校学生对体育项目的偏爱情况,充分调动学生的学习积极性,转变陈旧观念,改变以往单一的授课内容,科学地进行引导学生,激发学生的兴趣,发挥其特长,上好每一节体育课,从而培养学生终身体育锻炼意识。
This article through to secondary school students preference for sports,fully mobilize students＇ learning enthusiasm,change obsolete concepts,change in the past single lecture,scientifically,guides the student to stimulate students＇ interest,exert its specialty,superior each quarter to cultivating students＇ physical education,lifelong physical exercise consciousness.
