我国目前许多高校在进行就业指导教育时,普遍存在重理论轻实践教育。本文试图对我高校就业指导教育存在的问题深入分析,提出建构实践导向的高校就业指导教育的建议,这样有利于理论与实践的结合,促使大学生完善自己的职业发展目标。

Many universities in China during the employment guidance,the common practice of re-education theory of light.This article attempts to guide the education of my college employment problems in depth analysis,based on practice-oriented recommendations for employment education college,it is a good combination of theory and practice,but also so that students improve their career development goals.
