摘要
本研究系统评价了3个新培育的中国“双低”油菜与加拿大卡诺拉的商品饼粕与脱胎种籽的化学特性。化学特性分析包括蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物(蔗糖、半乳糖、寡聚糖)、硫苷、日粮总纤维、灰分、钙、总磷、植酸磷和脂肪。测定的纤维包括非淀粉多糖、木质素和多酚、细胞壁蛋白质和矿物质。用消化和透析装置体外测定了蛋白质消化率。
A comprehensive evaluation of the nutritive profiles of three newly developed varieties of Chinese double-low rapeseed in comparison with the conventional Canadian canola was undertaken. The Chinese samples included one double low (low-glucosinolate and low-erucic acid) strain N0.4: sample A and two medium-glucosinolate hybrids: hybrid No. 5900:sample B and hybrid No.3: sample C. In each case, both laboratory prepared meals and the meals obtained from processing the seeds under commercial conditions were subjected to chemical analyses of protein, amino acids, carbohydrates (sucrose,galactooligosaccharides), glucosinolates, dietary fiber, total and phytate phosphorus, calcium and fat. The fiber components determined included nonstarch polysaccharides, lignin and polyphenols, glycoprotein and minerals associated with the fiber fraction. In vitro protein digestibility was the also using the digestion/dialysis unit.
