催化光度法测定痕量α-萘酚 被引量:1

摘要 研究了α-萘酚对碘催化硫酸铈与亚砷酸氧化还原反应的抑制作用及其动力学条件。在此基础上建立了催化动力学光度法测定α-萘酚的新方法。研究结果表明,在0.36mol/L H2SO4,0.001mol/LCe(SO4)2,0.00125mol/LAs2O3,0.025g/LNaCl和0.01mg/LI-溶液中测定α-萘酚,其线性范围为0.20~2.3mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.50×104L·mol(-1)·cm(-1),灵敏度Sandell为5.77μg/cm2。 In this paper, we studied the inhibition effect α- naphthol on the catalytic oxidation ofarsenous acid with cerium(Ⅳ) sulfate in the presence of iodide and the kinetic conditions. Based onthis, a new catalytic kinetic photometric method for the determination of trace α-naphthol wasestablished. It is shown that apparent linear range and molar absorptivity and Sandell are 0.20 2.3mg/L,2.50× mol- 1. cm-1 and 5.77 μg/cm2, respectively for the detendnation of α naphthol in 0. 36 mol/L H2SO4,0.001mol/L Ce(SO4)2, 0.00125mol/L As2O3, 0.025g/L NaCI and0.01 mg/L I- solution.
