摘要
人性化管理已经成为现代企业管理的发展趋势,但在实践中也出现了人情化管理和自我管理的误区。人性化管理是把人作为管理活动的核心,尊重人的本性,满足人的合理需求,进而激发人的热情,调动人的积极性,发挥人的创造性。正确运用人性化管理,要同时发挥人情化管理与制度化管理的优势,实现人性科学管理;要建立民主化管理平台,将人本身作为人性化管理的"感受器"和"反馈器";要塑造以人为本的企业文化,使员工形成共同的核心价值观念、共同的信念和行为规范。
Human-based management is the trend of modem corporate management; while in practice, there are some misunderstandings of human-relationship-based management and self-management. Human-based management is to take the activity of management as the core, respect human nature, meet the rational demand of human being, generate the passion, arouse the enthusiasm and give full play to the creative role of human being. To correctly carry out human-based management, we should, first, take advantage of human-relationship-based management and self-management and realize the human-based and scientific management; second, we should establish a democracy-based management platform and take human being itself as the "receiver" and "responder" of human-based management; and third, we should foster the corporate culture of "taking people as the center" and formulate the common concept of core value and common idea and maintain the same behavior standard.
