摘要
采用薄层溴化法、高效液相色谱法、大口径毛细管气相色谱法3种方法同时测定50%棉铃宝乳油中的甲基对硫磷、辛硫磷,适用于具备各种检测水平单位对该产品的检测。高效液相色谱法的方法回收率及变异系数:甲基对硫磷98.83%、0.80%,辛硫磷100.34%、0.89%。大口径毛细管往气相色谱法的方法回收率及变异系数:甲基对硫磷99.75%、1.14%,辛硫磷98.76%、1.06%。薄层溴化法的方法回收率及变异系数:甲基对硫磷100.54%、2.16%,辛硫磷101.27%、1.30%。
In this paper, the phoxim and parthion-methyl components in a insecticide MIANGBAO 50EC were together determined with three different methods sucsh as thin layer chromatography bromination(TLC-bromination), high performance liquid chromatograhy (HPLC) and widefor capillary column gas chromatography (WBCC-GC). The results show that these methods canbe applied in different equipped level units for detecting this product. The surveying indicated thatthe recoveries and coefficients of variation of parathion-methyl and phoxim were 98.83%,0. 80%and 100.34%,0. 89% with HPLC,99.75%, 1.14% and 98.76%, 1.06% with WBCC-GC,100.54%, 2.16% and 101.27%, 1.30% with TLC-bromination respectively.
