关于中国区域金融中心发展问题的研究

The Study of China's Regional Financial Center Development

本文通过对区域金融中心形成的理论及案例分析,总结了区域金融中心形成的一般规律,强调我国在建设区域金融中心时也要遵循一般规律才能取得突破。同时指出,我国的区域金融中心建设不宜简单模仿世界典型性区域金融中心的发展模式,而更应该着眼于自身现有的各种条件、资源和机遇,借鉴国内外经验,解决好如何确立区域金融中心的标准,如何完善和维护区域金融中心的各项功能,如何使其真正带动我国区域经济乃至全国经济发展等重要问题,使其对加快中国经济发展起到应有的作用。

According to the theory of the formation of the regional financial center and case analysis, the author sums up the general rule of forming a regional financial center. Only with the help of following this rule, will China achieve a breakthrough in constructing the regional financial center. China＇s regional financial center construction should not imitate the typical international development mode of regional financial center construction. We should focus on the existing conditions, resources and opportunities, learn from the good domestic and international experience, and solve such problems on how to set up the standard system of regional financial center, improve and maintain the functions of regional financial center, make it play the role in leading China＇s regional, or even national, economic development. And all these problems are the main directions of the develooment in constructing China＇s regional financial center.
