中药辛夷的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Research on HPLC Fingerprint of Magnoliae Flos

目的:为辛夷药材望春花的开发应用、质量标准制定提供参考依据。方法:对辛夷药材望春花不同栽培品种进行HPLC指纹图谱法方法学考察,建立辛夷药材望春花不同栽培品种的HPLC指纹图谱质量控制标准。结果:以主要有效成分木兰脂素为标准,制定辛夷药材望春花不同栽培品种的指纹图谱,结果可为辛夷药材望春花不同栽培品种开发应用、品质评价、质量标准制定提供科学依据。结论:对辛夷药材望春花的开发应用和质量标准制定具有一定意义。

Objective：To provide the reference for utilization and quality standards of Magnolia Flos.Method：Fingerprints of magnolia flower bud at different varieties were studied by HPLC,the quality control standard was established for HPLC fingerprint of magnolia flower bud at different varieties.Result：The fingerprints were established for magnolia flower bud of different spring varieties with main effective ingredient magnolin as standard to provide scientific basis for development application,the quality evaluation and quality standards of different magnolia varieties.Conclusion：There is some significance for the application and quality standard of herbs magnolia flos.
