摘要
目的:研究大果木姜子Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱法分离纯化,通过光谱分析、理化常数测定及与文献、已知化合物对照进行结构确认。结果:从中分离得到6个化合物,其结构鉴定为(+)-儿茶素(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、东莨菪内酯(3)、5,7,4’-三羟基二氢黄酮(4)、6,8-二甲氧基-7-氧-β-D-葡萄糖香豆素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。结论:所有化合物首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物3~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Cinnamomum migao.Method:Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents.Their structures were identified by means of spectral analysis and comparison with the reported data.Result:Compounds isolated from C.migao were identified as(+)-catechin(1),β-sitosterol(2),scopoletin(3),5,7,4’-thihydroxyflavanone(4),isofraxidin-β-D-glucosid(5),daucosterol(6).Conclusion:All compounds were isolated from C.migao for the first time,in which compounds(3-6) were firstly reported in this genus. 更多
