摘要
目的:对紫果西番莲的茎与叶进行鉴别研究。方法:采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别法对药材进行研究。结果:紫果西番莲茎横切面皮层有少量草酸钙簇晶;韧皮部含有众多草酸钙簇晶,外侧有纤维群散在;木质部导管常单个散在或2~3个相聚;髓部较宽,约占横切面半径的3/4。叶主脉维管束外韧型,断续排列成环;薄壁细胞可见方晶。粉末中螺纹导管、纤维和草酸钙簇晶众多,可见方晶。结论:紫果西番莲生药学特征明显,可为其鉴别及进一步的开发利用提供参考。
Objective:To study the pharmacognostic characteristics on the stem and leaf of Passiflora edulis.Method:The morphological identification and microscopic identification were adopted.Result:In the cross section of the stem,a few clusters of calcium oxalate were observed in the cortex.Many clusters of calcium oxalate were found in the phloem,with fibers disseminated outside the phloem.Single vessel and 2-3 vessels together were observed in the xylem.The pith was quite wide,equal to 3/4 of the radius of the cross section.In the cross section of the leaf,it could be observed that collateral bundles were interval ring-shaped in the main vein vascular,and some square crystals in the parenchyma cells.Result:Many spiral vessels,fibers,clusters of calcium oxalate and a few square crystals were found in the powder.Conclusion:The plant has obvious pharmacognostic characteristics.These results as above can be used for identification and further application of P.edulis.
