随着教育部“卓越工程师计划”的逐步实施，探索新形势下交通类专业卓越工程师的培养途径显得十分重要．本文从课程体系和教学内容的改革、企业培养方案的制定、教学方式与教学方法的改革、人才培养国际化、强化培养学生的创新能力以及政府积极引导和协调等方面探讨如何进行卓越工程师的培养，为交通类专业卓越工程师的培养提供参考。

With the progressively implement of ＂Excellence Engineer Plan＂ of Education Ministry, it is very important to explore new training approach of excellent engineers of transportation specialty in the new situation.In the paper, the training approach of excellence engineer is discussed from the aspects of curriculum system and teaching content reform, corporate training program development, teaching methods and teaching methodology reform, training international, strengthening the innovative capacity of students, actively guide and coordinate by the government and other aspects .It can provide references to the training of excellent engineers of transportation specialty.
