摘要
教师队伍在教学中扮演领路人的角色，教学质量与教师的业务素质以及教学方法息息相关。针对当前高职高专院校建筑力学课程教学过程中存在的问题，通过对教育部16号文件的深入学习，从实践中总结教师队伍适应当代高职高专院校建筑力学课程教学要求的方法。
Teachers are leaders in teaching and learning. Teaching quality is closely related by the professional quality of teachers and the teaching methods. For the problems in process of teaching the Construction Mechanics course, from deeply study the 16th document from Ministry of Education, summary practices to adapt to the requirements of modem vocational college teachers to teaching construction mechanics
