About Time System Discussion

时间和人们的生活息息相关，特别是随着现代社会的高速发展，对高精度时间频率提出了更高的要求，但随之而来的就是令人感到迷茫的时间系统。鉴于此，本文针对教学、科研及人们生活中常用的时间系统做了阐述。

Time and people＇s life are very close, especially with the development of modern society, people put forward higher request on the high precision time, but following is time system which people feel confused. In view of this, this article does simple introduction of time system which used for teaching and scientific research.
