农村普通高中在校本课程开发中，从领导、师资到课程资源等诸方面都面临挑战。因此，从分析教师、学生、制度等多方面因素影响下，校本课程开发中面临的困境入手，提出一些因地制宜的建议，将有助于农村学校走出校本课程开发的现实道路。
