金莲花色素对羊毛的染色性能

以FeSO4、ZnSO4·7H2O和Al2(SO4)3为媒染剂,采用金莲花提取液对羊毛进行染色,探讨了媒染温度、时间、媒染剂用量、醋酸用量对羊毛织物媒染性能的影响,以及染色织物的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度。研究结果表明,染色织物的K/S值随着染色温度的升高和染色时间的延长而增加,少量的媒染剂有利于K/S值的增加,但过量的媒染剂使K/S值降低,醋酸的加入对K/S值影响不大。当媒染温度为70～90℃,时间60 min,媒染剂ZnSO4.7H2 O,Al2(SO4)3和FeSO4质量浓度分别为0.4,0.8和1.2 g/L,提取液用量为10 mL,羊毛织物为2 g时,染色织物具有较深的色泽和良好的色牢度。

The aqueous extract of globe flower was dyeing of wool fabric using FeSO4,ZnSO4·7H2O and Al2（SO4）3 as mordants.It discussed the dyeability of globe flower on wool fabric by dyeing temperature,time,the dosage of mordants and acetic acid,determined the color fastness of the dyed fabrics.The result showed that the exhaust dyeing process with globe flower aqueous and direct addition of ZnSO4·7H2O,Al2（SO4）3 and FeSO4 stock solution as metamordant process showed good shade and satisfying dyeing fastness of the dyed material.The color depth on wool fabrics was increased with the increase in dyeing temperature or time,the addition of acetic acid had no evidence effect.The color depth on wool fabrics was increased with the increase of mordants ZnSO4·7H2O,Al2（SO4）3 and FeSO4 to 0.4,0.8 and 1.2g/L respectively,then farther addition of mordants the color depth of dyed fabrics was decreased.Extraction of 10 mL globe flower aqueous was found sufficient to dye 2 g wool fabric to the darkest color possible.The results showed that the optimal process was dyeing at 70～90 ℃ for 60 min.
