摘要
针对甲壳素纤维和珍珠纤维素纤维在初始模量、断裂强度等性能和应用方面进行比较,结果发现,甲壳素纤维的断裂伸长率、初始模量比珍珠纤维的大很多,卷曲率也较好,适合卷曲要求较大的服装,耐用性也有一定的优势。由于甲壳素纤维在制备时形成的特殊结构,使得其吸湿透气性非常好,且由于甲壳素本身与人体某些骨胶原相似,使其具有很好的相容性,在医用方面的抗菌性、安全性等性能也较好。
In this paper,the initial modulus,tensile strength and other mechanical properties and applications of chitin fiber and pearl fiber are compared,it shows that elongation at break and initial modulus of chitin fiber are better than that of the pearl fiber,curled rate is so better that it is suited to clothing which required,durability is also better.Because the special structure of chitin fiber when it is prepared and it makes its moisture property better,the molecule structure of the chitin is similar to human collagen and the compatibility is better,and the antimicrobial medical and security are better,too.
