8例经输尿管镜行钬激光治疗小儿后尿道瓣膜症的护理

总结了8例经输尿管镜行钬激光治疗小儿后尿道瓣膜症的围手术期护理。术前严密观察患儿的临床症状,预防泌尿系感染,做好家长的心理支持,并对患儿进行行为习惯训练;术后加强导尿管的护理及并发症的观察与护理。8例手术均获成功,治愈出院。

This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 8 children with posterior urethral valve receiving ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment.Preoperative care included close observation of the clinical symptoms,prevention of urinary infection,psychological support for parents and guidance on behavior training.Postoperative nursing focused on urethral catheter care,observation and prevention of complications.All the children were cured and discharged.
