急诊护士对院前急救护理的心理体验

Emergency nurses' psychological experiences about pre-hospital emergency care

目的了解急诊护士对院前急救护理的真实心理体验。方法 采用质性研究中现象学方法对12名急诊护士进行深入访谈,了解其对院前急救护理的体验,运用类属分析法归纳主题。结果急诊护士对院前急救护理的身心感受提炼出4个主题:①压力、困惑、担忧;②不适、疲惫、无奈;③对传染病的恐惧;④茫然、质疑、兴奋。结论医院管理者应重视和改善"120"急救环境的建设,关注急诊护士的心理问题,提高护士工作的积极性,从而提高院前急救护理质量。

Objective To describe the psychological experiences of emergency nurses about pre-hospital emergency care.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.An in-depth interview was conducted on 12 emergency nurses.Data were analyzed by generic analysis.Results The psychological experiences of emergency nurses were classified into four themes：①Work pressure,confusion and anxiousness.②Discomfort,fatigue and frustration.③The fear of infectious diseases.④Loss,challenge and excitement.Conclusions Hospital mangers should pay attention to the construction of 120 emergency and the psychological problems of emergency nurses,and take actions to improve nurses＇ work enthusiasm and promote the quality of pre-hospital emergency care.
