摘要
为了有效地对光电多芯片组件(OEMCM)进行设计和封装,迫切需要一种集成化的计算机辅助设计(CAD)系统.通过对OEMCM 系统设计过程的研究,根据OEMCM 所涉及的不同领域知识,将设计过程分为8 个模块,并提出一种集成的层次化的OEMCM CAD软件的系统结构.系统采用统一的数据描述和CAD框架结构。
The OEMCM based free space opticalinterconnection is the key technology for im plem enting these system s. To design and package OEMCM system s m ore effectively, a kind ofintegrated com puter aided design (CAD) system sisneeded. ThedetailsoftheprocessofOEMCM system design w ere studied. According to the field of knowledge used, it was divided into eight blocks. An integrated CAD system architecture for free space optical interconnected OEMCM was presented, w hich has a uniform data structure and CAD fram ew ork. This architecture can also be used in general opto electronic system design.
