摘要
分析了坐标测量机(CMM)中影响检测点数量和分布的因素,指出检测点数量及分布的确定不但与加工过程的工艺能力和要求达到的检测精度等因素有关,而且还与被测表面的实际形状有关.采用实验方法对检测自由曲面时检测点数量和分布的规划进行研究,给出了确定检测点数量和分布的经验数据.结果表明,按照给出的经验数据确定检测点。
The determ ination of inspection points w as studied. The results show that the num ber and distribution of inspection points are related not only to m anufacturing process capability and tolerance specification butalso to the form ofsurface to be m easured. Itisdifficultto prove a form ula theoretically that can com pute the num ber and distribution of inspection points, so experim ents w ere adopted and experim entalresults w eregiven to confirm thedeterm ination ofinspection points. Using theresults, itcan effectively decrease the num berofinspection points underthe sam e requesttolerance specification.
