基于混沌和声搜索算法的水资源优化配置 被引量:19

Optimal water resources deployment based on chaos harmony search algorithm

摘要 将和谐性理念与经济、社会和生态环境的综合净效益结合,利用协同学原理中有序度概念和支配原理定义出经济效益和谐度、社会效益和谐度和环境效益和谐度概念及计算公式,以此为基础构建了水资源优化配置模型中的目标函数;并利用混沌变量的随机、遍历特性在解空间内进行有效探索以及基本和声算法中和声策略对解空间进行开发的原理,提出了能求解具有多目标的水资源优化配置问题的混沌和声搜索算法;最后,将水资源优化配置模型与混沌和声搜索算法运用于北三河流域,实例计算结果表明,模型设置的水资源优化配置目标合理,搜索算法简单高效. Combining harmony concept with the objectives of economical, social and eco-environmental benefits in water deployment, the degrees of harmoniousness for economical, social and eco-environmental benefits, which were the sub-objectives in the model for optimal water resources deployment, had been defined according to tb order degree concept and reign principle from the synergetic theory. A new kind of chaos harmony search algorithm was also developed for solving the optimal water resources deployment model. The new algorithm utilized the grandiosity and chaos parameters to explore the design space for better solutions. In addition, the harmony procedure used in basic harmony search algorithm was also used to exploit the design space. The optimal water resources deployment model and chaos harmony search algorithm were applied in Beisanhe river basin. And the results show that the sub-objectives in the model for optimal water resources deployment are reasonable and the proposed new algorithm is simple but efficient.
