摘要 分析前质量控制是确保检验结果真实、客观反映患者状况的重要措施。分析前许多影响检验质量的因素与临床密切相关,但临床又往往忽略此点而将检验结果与临床不符的责任归咎于检验科。为此,本刊自2011年起设置＂检验与临床＂栏目,刊登影响分析前质量的临床因素和环节、有关疑难问题与典型病例、失败教训以及检验与临床沟通的成功经验等文章,
