中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白——一种新的肾损伤标志物 被引量:17

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin,NGAL),又称人脂质运载蛋白2(lipocalin 2,Ln2)或噬铁蛋白(siderocalin),是人脂质运载蛋白家族中的一个新成员。近年来,NGAL作为一种新的肾损伤标志物倍受关注。本文就NGAL的生物学特性、临床检测及其在肾损伤疾病中的应用作一综述。
