A Novel Data Processing Approach to Relay Protection in Digital Substation

摘要 在分析数字化变电站中数据处理基本要求的基础上,提出一种继电保护数据处理新方法。新方法直接对合并单元传输来的等间隔采样数据进行傅里叶变换,然后按照实测频率对傅里叶变换得到的正余弦项进行修正,从而得到输入信号的真实有效值和相位。新方法采用了相位偏移比较的周期法测频,可实现对信号频率的实时高精度测量;不需要进行数据插值和采样率转换,完全适用于基于相量的各种保护元件。文中给出了新方法的具体实现流程,并对如何处理采样值启动等相关问题进行了讨论。利用数字仿真手段验证了方法的可行性和有效性。 A novel approach to data processing for relay protection is proposed based on analysis of basic requirements of data processing in digital substation.The new scheme involves three major steps,applying the Fourier algorithm immediately to equal-interval sampling data from merging unit,amending the sine/cosine items in accordance with the real-time frequency,and finally acquiring the signal's true root mean square value and phase.The new scheme not only obtains high precision frequency with the phase-shift-cycle measurement algorithm,but also adapts to phasor based protection without using interpolation or sampling rate conversion.The concrete implementation of novel data processing approach and related issues(e.g.how to deal with startup with sampled values) are given in detail.The feasibility and validity of proposed approach have been verified with ATP based simulation.
