摘要
提出检定电能质量分析仪中无缝采样谐波分析的一种工程实用方法。通过对无缝采样测量与各种间隔采样测量的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)频率分量的差异性分析,提出聚集算法的检定模式;考虑实验室现有设备条件及被检仪器各种因素影响,选用特定的调制谐波作为检定波形,根据调制波高电平持续时间确定被检定电能质量分析仪3s内采样中断次数,提出差异比对的检定方法。另外,为了操作方便,还设计了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的检定系统。由计算机来控制检定信号的设置与发射,提高实际检定的效率。通过实验验证了该检定方法的有效性,并证实了该系统检定的准确性。
A practical engineering method is presented that can test the gapless harmonic analysis using power quality analyzers.According to an analysis of the difference in the FFT frequency components between the gapless and gap measurements,a test based on the aggregation algorithm is designed.After considering the limited number of equipments and the impact of various factors of the equipment under test(EUT),the specific fluctuating harmonic is selected as the test signal.Then the EUT's harmonic measurement times in three seconds can be detected by the duration of the wave's pulse that can be sampled.In addition,a calibration system is designed by LabVIEW programming.The computer controls the standard power source to emit the test signals required.The effectiveness of the method for calibration is verified and the accuracy of the system is proved.
