我国国家创新体系中的信息资源配置协同发展研究

Collaborative Development of Information Resources Allocation in China National Innovation System

建设创新型国家战略的全面推进要求对国家创新体系中的信息资源进行协同配置。从我国信息资源协同配置现状来看,主要存在配置主体功能缺位、协作程度不高、支撑服务落后等问题,需要通过管理、组织、技术、服务层面的多元协同加以解决。政府应充分利用现有条件,克服制度、机制、技术和服务上的障碍,全面推进我国信息资源配置的协同发展。

The realization of the innovative country building strategy needs information resources collaborative allocation in the national innovation system. The main problems of China information resources allocation are the absence of subjects＇ functional, low cooperation level and underdeveloped support services, which should be solved by multi-level coordination of management, organization, technology and services. The government should make full use of existing conditions and overcome the obstacles of systems, mechanisms, technologies and services to promote the collaborative development of information resources allocation.
