Risk Identification of Intellectual Property in Digital Libraries Based on HHM Framework

文章主要探讨数字图书馆知识产权风险管理中的风险识别问题。选用等级全息建模法(HHM),并利用该法的原理和方法构建HHM框架及其子框架,然后在此基础上采用HHM子框架剖析现实资源和虚拟资源在信息采集、信息处理和信息传递过程中存在的知识产权问题。

This paper mainly deals with the question of risk identification of intellectual property in digital libraries. Choosing the method of HHM, it builds HHM framework and HHM sub-layer framework with the theory and methods of HHM, then uses HHM sub -layer framework to analyze the intellectual property risk of real resources and virtual resources in the process of information gathering, processing and transmission.
