中医脾阴学说研究文献计量学分析

A Bibliometrics Analysis of TCM Spleen Yin Theory

目的从文献计量学角度了解中医脾阴学说研究的概况。方法以中国学术期刊网络出版总库为来源,大连医科大学图书馆馆藏期刊作为补充,检索日期为1978年1月～2009年12月。运用文献计量学方法对符合标准的380篇脾阴学说文献进行研究,确定脾阴学说研究领域的主要研究作者、主要期刊以及国内脾阴及脾阴虚的研究状况与研究方向。结果脾阴及脾阴虚文献逐年累积量曲线拟合度良好(R=0.988,P<0.01),已形成核心期刊及核心作者。理论研讨、临床应用及实验研究为脾阴及脾阴虚文献的3大类型,其中理论研讨方面的文献最多,占发文总量的48.16%。结论国内中医脾阴学研究水平逐年增长,中医脾阴学说框架已经形成并能有效指导临床。

Objective To understand the general situation of studies on TCM spleen yin theory from the angle of bibliometrics.Methods Taking the CNKI database as the source and the periodicals stored in the library of Dalian Medical University as a supplement,the literatures concerning about the studies on TCM spleen yin theory from January 1978 to December 2009 were retrieved.The bibliometrics method was applied to make an analysis of the 380 literatures on spleen yin theory in line with the enrollment standard to confirm the main research authors,main periodicals,study situation of spleen yin and spleen yin deficiency,and studying direction in the field of spleen yin theory studies in China.Results The literature accumulation curve accords with linear growth（R=0.988,P0.01）,having formed the core periodicals and authors.Theoretical research,clinical application,and experimental research were the three major types of literatures,of them,those on the theoretical research were the most in quantity,occupying 48.16% of the total amount.Conclusion The research on spleen yin theory is increasing year by year in China.The framework of TCM spleen yin theory has been formed and it guides the clinical diagnosis and treatment effectively.
