摘要
采用环氧树脂E-44与不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)反应合成了高分子非离子型水性环氧树脂乳化剂,并使用相反转法制备了水性环氧树脂乳液,考查了PEG相对分子质量、乳化剂结构及其用量对环氧树脂乳液的离心、冻融、稀释稳定性及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:采用聚乙二醇相对分子质量为6 000,n(羟基)∶n(环氧基)=1∶1.25,以叔胺为催化剂,于130~134℃反应合成的乳化剂具有较好的乳化效果;乳化剂用量在12%时,制得的涂膜综合性能最佳。
Polymeric nonionic emulsifiers were prepared by polyethylene glycol (PEG) and epoxy resin E -44, which was then used to prepare the epoxy resin emulsion by phase inversion process. The effect of molecular weight of PEG, amount and structure of emulsifiers on emulsion stability and film properties were discussed. The results showed that the emulsifier synthesized by use of PEG6000 and E -44 ( 1 : 1.25 mole ratio) at ( 132 ±2) ℃ provided good emulsifying properties and coatings film with good comprehensive properties as incorporated with the dosage of 12% wt tertiary amines as catalyst.
