摘要 综述了近年来国内外采用离子注入技术改性聚酰亚胺薄膜的研究与应用进展,主要包括改性其力学性能、电学性能以及在太空环境中抗原子氧侵蚀的能力等方面的研究情况,并展望了未来研究方向。 The development of study and application of polyimide film modified by ion implantation technique was reviewed. It primarily included the modification development of mechanical, electrical properties, and atomic oxygen erosion resistance in the space environment of PI materials by ion implantation technique. And the research direction was expected.
