Quality-oriented Education and the Training of Communicative Competence

This thesis briefly reviews the authors ideas on quality-oriented education.. It focuses on discussing the basic concepts of communication, which includes its purpose, content, pattern, means and environment, the communicative skills and the negative means in communication. It analyses the problems which occurred in the training of communicative competence and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
