“卓越工程师教育培养计划”专业培养方案再研究

Restudy on the Professional Training Program of "A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"

参与高校"卓越工程师教育培养计划"专业培养方案的制定和完善贯穿着卓越工程师培养的全过程。本文着重针对首批"卓越计划"参与高校在制定和完善专业培养方案中可能出现的问题,从专业培养方案的构成要素、学校培养标准的重要性、课程体系改革与重组、企业培养方案以及卓越工程师培养的国际化等方面,就如何体现和落实"卓越计划"的改革重点、创新模式和具体要求进行分析和讨论,并提出解决的方案及其对策,以期为参与高校制定、实施和完善"卓越计划"专业培养方案提供借鉴与参考。

Participating in the formulation and perfection of ＂the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers （PETOE）＂ is going through the whole process of the outstanding engineer training. This paper analyzes and discusses how to embody and practice the reform focus of PETOE, innovation model and specific requirements from the perspectives of the constituted elements of PETOE, the importance of the training standard of the school, the reform and reorganization of curriculum system, enterprise training program and the internationalization of outstanding engineers＇ training etc. It tries to provide reference for the universities to develop, implement and perfect PETOE professional training program.
