从竞争到合作:C9联盟组织场域的建构(上) 被引量:26

From Competition to Cooperation: the Construction Process of Organizational Field of C9 Alliance

摘要 为了避免过度竞争,大学之间选择建立联盟。大学联盟实质上是三所以上的大学出于共同的目标自愿联合在一起,形成一种新的治理结构,对成员实施规范制约。随着办学自主权的扩大和落实,中国大学开始组建大学联盟。联盟的创建实质上是场域层面的制度建构。通过考察C9联盟建构组织场域的过程,我们发现:C9联盟的参与者,持续地建立了一系列的新制度,创造了一种新的激励结构,促使高等教育系统从竞争向合作的转变。C9联盟走向成熟的标志是由利益共同体走向价值共同体,当务之急是硬化某些规则和程序;创造行动仪式、符号和意识形态;强化价值认同,形成统一目标;把组织嵌入社会背景中,实现制度的扩散。 Universities choose to establish alliances in order to avoid excessive competition. Substantially, a university alliance, which forms a new governance structure and implements specification constraints on the members, is voluntarily comprised of three or more universities out of a common goal. With the expansion and implementation of university autonomy, universities begin to build university alliances in China. Creating an alliance is essentially the system construction at the field level. Through the research on how the C9 alliance constructs the organizatiofial field, we find that the participants of C9 Alliance have continued to build a series of new system and created a new incentive structure to prompt higher education system to change from competition to cooperation. The sign of C9 Alliance moving to maturity is from community interest to value community. The top priority is to harden certain rules and procedures: creating action rituals, symbols and ideology, strengthening the value iden- tity and forming a unified goal, embedding the organization in the social background and achieving the spread of the system.
