强化工程实践能力与创新能力的培养--沈阳工业大学材料成型及控制工程专业改革与实践 被引量:27

Enhancing the Cultivation of Engineering Practice Ability and Innovation Competence

摘要 本课题针对材料成型及控制工程专业常规培养的学生难以适应先进装备制造业对人才需求的问题,进行了强化工程实践能力和创新能力培养的专业教学改革。通过构建以工程为背景的专业实验课程体系和以"学—看—干"为主线的专业认识实习教学体系,强化了对学生工程实践能力的培养;通过在实验课中增设障碍性实验、增加设计性环节、科研教学互动和大力支持学生参加课外科技创新活动,强化了对学生创新能力的培养。 Regarding the problems that the students majoring in the material shaping & control engineering could not meet the needs in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry, the study has carried out the specialty teaching reform in strengthening and cultivating students' abilities of engineering practice and innovation. Through constructing engineering-oriented specialty experiment course system and specialty cognition practice system with "learning-observing-doing" as its main line, the reform tends to strengthen students' engineering practice ability. By setting up the courses of obstacle experiment, adding design section, expanding research, teaching interaction, and supporting students' attending extracurricular research activities, the reform plans to improve students' innovative competence.
