摘要
应用实证研究方法,对经济管理类学生参与合作学习的激励机制进行研究。结果发现,大学生参与合作学习的五个需求激励因素均对其参与积极性产生影响,其中,提高合作技能需要的满足对其参与合作学习积极性产生最大影响,其次是合作归属感需要的满足,而提高学习效果需要的满足对其参与合作学习积极性影响最小。因此,为提高大学生参与合作学习积极性,应树立需求激励的系统观,同时重点满足合作成员提高合作技能及归属感需要,发挥其它三种需求激励的补充功能。
Empirical research method is used to analyze the incentive mechanism of students'participation in cooperative learning for students of economics and management. It is shown that the five needs incentives factors of students' involvement in cooperative learning have positive effects on their zeal for participation. Meeting students' needs to improve cooperation skills has the greatest impact on their zeal for participation, followed by meeting students' needs of sense of belonging, but students' needs for improving their cooperation skill exerts the smallest effect on it in cooperative learning. Therefore, to enhance the students' enthusiasm for cooperative learning, a system outlook of demand incentives should be established, at the same time focus on meeting the cooperators' skills and sense of belong- ing, and develop the complementary functions of other three needs incentives.
