大规模教育评估的兴起、问题与发展--加拿大教育评估的启示 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,人们越来越关注学生成绩及学校、教师的教学绩效,对教育质量提出了更高的要求。目前,加拿大许多学校使用大规模评估模式检验是否达到教育标准,而增值评估模式作为传统问责制的替代形式,已经在一些国家得到日益普及和使用。本文将探讨当前加拿大大规模评估模式的兴起、发展和争论以及在教育责任制中运用增值评价模式的有效作用。
