摘要
用云南产市售的毛木耳子实体经提取纯化后得到的纯毛木耳多糖精品(简称PAA),采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检验其纯度,已符合定性定量分析标准。经UV 法测定于260nm 和280nm 无特征吸收峰,经CHN 元素分析仪测定不含氮。说明PAA 中无核酸及蛋白质。IR扫描有特征多糖吸收峰;分子量测定约为12 万,总含糖量为61.29% ,糖醛酸含量为15.24% 将PAA 经水解后用硅胶G 薄层层析和气相色谱分析,其单糖组成为L- 岩藻糖,L- 阿拉伯糖,D- 木糖,D- 甘露糖,D- 葡萄糖及葡萄糖及葡萄糖醛酸。上述单糖的摩尔含量比分别为0.08∶0.042∶0.18∶3.00∶1.20。原子吸收光谱分析说明,PAA 中含有多种对机体有益的微量元素。
The polysaccharide was extracted from auricularia polytricha(mont)sacc. The UV, IR, elementary analysis and gel electrophoresis have expressed that purity of polysaccharide was reagent grade and there weren’t nucleic acid and protein in polysaccharide. It’s molecular weight is about 1.2×10 5, total sugar is 61.29%. The component of monosaccharide are L-fucose, L-arabinose, D-xylose, D-mannose, D-glucose and glucuronic acid, which mole ratio are 0.08∶0.042∶0.18∶3.00∶1.2,respectively. Some trace element were also discovered in auricularia polytricha(mont)sacc.
