Study on dynamic performance of mini electric vehicles

摘要 为研究微型纯电动汽车的动力性能,对比分析了用于电动汽车的几种不同电池和电机,选取了能量密度大、使用性能优越的锂离子电池和体积小、效率高的永磁同步电机组成电动车的能量和动力源。建立了微型纯电动汽车的蓄电池、电机及整车的力学和数学模型,基于ADVISOR软件建立了车辆、电池、电机和整车的仿真模型。根据整车设计技术参数进行车辆行驶性能仿真,选取CYC_ECE循环工况,估算出该工况下车辆的电量消耗及续驶里程,并对动力性能的影响因素进行了分析。对比仿真结果与实车试验结果表明,所建立的模型是合理的,动力系统设计是可行的。 In order to study the power performance of the supper mini pure electric vehicles,several different batteries and motors were compared and analyzed.Compact and high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor with high specific energy density,superior performance Li-ion battery was selected as the mini electric vehicle's energy and power supply.The mechanic and mathematical models of battery,motor and finished vehicle for super mini electric vehicle were established.Based on the ADVISOR software,the simulation models of vehicle,battery,motor and finished vehicle were established.According to the technical parameters designed for the finished vehicle,the vehicle's driving performance was simulated.The CYC-ECE cycle condition was selected to estimate the power consumption and driving range under this condition and the factors influencing power performance were analyzed.By comparing the simulation result with field test result,it is shown that the models are reasonable and the power system design is feasible.
