摘要
介绍一种微计算机应用控制中断电保护电路的设计,该设计主要是利用镉镍蓄电池的特性,在市电突然断电情况下,为微机应用控制系统中的 R A M 存贮芯片提供电源,从而达到保护 R A M 存贮器中的数据信息不丢失的目的.
In the microcomputer applying control system,RAM is usually used to store program and data in controlling process.However,the message in the RAM disappears when electric power is cut off.In the paper,a protectiong circuit for power interruption is suggested.The key point for the circuit that protects the message in RAM is utilizing the attributes of Chromium Nickel battery that can provide the electric power for the RAM.
