摘要 基于先进有效的发动机性能模拟技术,对不同排量发动机进气歧管系统气体动力学相似性进行了研究,确定和验证了气体动力学相似性的主要因素,如压力波频率和振幅.首次提出了同缸数不同排量发动机达到同一充气效率的相似性准则.当满足气体动力学相似性准则时,经过优化了的(现有的)进气歧管系统的设计参数根据相似性原理可移植到其他同缸数不同排量的发动机上,使得该类发动机具有相同的充气性能(充气效率—转速特性),也可直接利用参数优化得到的经验和规律,这样可极大地减少新发动机进气系统开发的工作量. The gas dynamic similarity in the intake manifold of engines with different displacement volume is investigated.Based on the validated engine modelling technique,the controlling factors for gas dynamic simi-larity,i.e.pressure wave frequency and amplitude,are identified and verified.When meeting the gas dynamicsimilarity criteria,an optimised(existing) intake manifold system design can be transplanted to other engineswith different displacement volumes and the same volumetric efficiency-speed characteristics can be expected.The knowledge gained through parameter study and manifold tuning effort can also be carried over to the de-sign.Thus,the work effort to design a new engine/manifold system can be greatly decreased.
