On Human-Onriented Green Development:Greenness Direction,Experience and Tasks of Human Civilization and the Rising Powers

本文基于作者多年来关于人本发展经济学理论基点[1],以及最近完成的中国人本发展战略研究报告提供的实证研究线索[2],从"大历史"视界来看,结合当今"绿色化发展"的时代背景和未来走势,提出"人本绿色发展"观点,即认为人类文明进步,是以自由为轴心、不断提升人的全面自由发展的人本发展过程,是不断摆脱物质外在束缚、逐渐回归精神自由家园的绿色化发展过程。

On the basis of the starting points of human-oriented development economics and the empirical study clues of the recent human-oriented development strategy report, from ＇grand history＇ horizon, the paper combines contemporary era background of ＇ Greenization Development＇ and surrounding tendency, and puts forward a ＇humanoriented green development＇ point of view. This view reals that the progress of human civilization is a freedom-centered, and continiuous im- provement of comprehensive human-oriented freedom development progress, as weU as a greenizatian development progress which continuously keeps out of external material constraints, and gradually returns to spiritual free homeland.
