摘要
在0.2mol/L HCl 介质中, 微量Ir 的存在对KIO4 - 甲基紫的褪色反应有明显的催化作用, 反应在沸水中加热5min 即完成。建立了微量铱的催化分光光度分析方法, 其检出限为6.24 ×10 - 9g/ml, 铱含量在0 ~60 ng/ml, 符合比尔定律。用于实际样品分析结果满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iridium has been established based on the catalytic action of Ir on the oxidative fading of KIO 4 methyl violet in 0 2 mol/L HCl and water bath.The detection limit is 6 24×10 -9 g/ml.It obeys the Beer's law when Ir content is in the range of 0~60ng/ml.The method has been applied to determine samples with satisfactory results and has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity.
