摘要
贵金属浆料品质的测评系统由新近发布的浆料规范和系列测试方法国家标准组成。测试方法包括固体含量、粘度、细度、方阻、分辨率、可焊性和耐焊性、附着力的测定。同时与国内外相关技术比较， 分析和评价系统的技术特点。
A system of test and evaluation for determinating quality of the precious metal pastes consists of specification and test methods,which has been issued as new national standards.Test methods include determination of solid content,viscosity,fineness,sheet resistance,resolution,weldability and solder leach resistance,adhesion.Comparing with foreign correlative technology,the technical characteristics were analysed and evaluated in present paper.
