摘要
研究了34CrA1Ni7 钢的离子渗氮工艺,分析了影响渗氮层结构和性能的主要工艺条件。结果表明,影响渗氮工件表面结构和性能的主要因素是渗氮温度和时间,所获得的渗氮层是致密的,材料耐磨性明显提高。
In this paper,ion nitriding was used to treat 34CrAiNi7 steel,the relationships between microstructure and property were analyzed,and the results showed that the main nitriding processing parameters effected the surface microstructure and property were nitriding temperature and time.The nitrides layers are tight,experiment of wear resistance showed that the wear resistance has an obvious improvement.
