5%米诺地尔酊联合他克莫司软膏治疗头皮白癜风临床疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of 5% Minoxidil Tincture Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in Treatment of Vitiligo on Scalp

目的评价5%米诺地尔酊联合他克莫司软膏治疗头皮白癜风的临床疗效。方法将入选的120例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组。治疗组外用5%米诺地尔酊联合他克莫司软膏,对照1组外用他克莫司软膏治疗,对照2组外用5%米诺地尔酊治疗。三组共治疗3个月,每月复诊1次,三月后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率为69.05%,对照1组为52.50%,对照2组为47.37%,治疗组与两对照组有效率分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 5%米诺地尔酊联合他克莫司软膏治疗头皮白癜风安全有效,患者依从性好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of 5% minoxidil tincture combined with tacrolimus ointment in trentment of vitiligo on scalp. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group, control 1 group and control 2 group. The treatment group used 5% minoxidil Tincture combined with Tacrolimus Ointment. The control 1 group used Tacrolimus Ointment and the control 2 group used 5% Minoxidil Tincture respectively. 3 months of treatment in 3 groups and referral 1 month. Effect observed after 3 months. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 69.05 % and that of control 1 and 2 group was 52.50% and 47.37% respectively. The effective rate of control 1 and 2 group was significantly lower than that of treatment group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion 5% minoxidil ticture combined with tacrolimus ointment in treatment for vitiligo of scalp are safe and effective. Patients with good compliance.
