我院2007-2010年促白细胞药应用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Leurocyte (WBC) Stimulants in Our Hospital during the Period of 2007-2010

目的:评价我院促白细胞药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)排序法,对我院2007-2010年促白细胞药的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院促白细胞药销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势,口服制剂的DDDs远高于注射剂,DDDs排序列第1位的是生血丸,其次为粒细胞集落刺激因子(国产);日均费用(DDC)最高的是粒细胞集落刺激因子(进口)。结论:我院所应用的促白细胞药结合了患者的经济条件,体现了用药的合理性。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of leukocyte（WBC） stimulants in our hospital,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：The use of leukocyte（WBC） stimulants in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS：Consumption sum and DDDs of leukocyte（WBC） stimulants in our hospital increased year by year,and the DDDs of oral medicine was obviously higher than injection.Shengxue pills took up the first place in the list of DDDs,followed by recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor （domestic）.Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（imported） took up the first place in the list of DDC.CONCLUSION：The utilization of leukocyte（WBC） stimulants which is based on the economic situation of patients shows the reasonability of drug use.
